ATLANTA, Ga. — The music video for Taylor Swift’s “Patient Zero,” the lead single from the expanded edition of her album “The Life of a Showgirl,” is set to premiere Sunday during the VMAs broadcast on CBS and MTV.
Swift directed the video with cinematographer Emmanuel Lubezki. She is also scheduled to receive the first Artist Director Honor for her filmmaking.
A 13-second teaser for the music video aired on CBS Mornings ahead of the premiere, offering viewers a brief preview of the project.
The expanded edition, “The Life of a Showgirl: The Encore,” is scheduled for release Friday and includes four additional tracks.
Swift is also nominated for 11 VMAs awards. The upcoming video has generated attention ahead of its premiere, with promotional material highlighting its cast and visual style.
