These awards represent the extraordinary commitment required of those who protect the public and respond during emergencies.
Community Recognition
The event brings together law enforcement agencies and fire departments. It also includes emergency medical personnel, elected officials, and community leaders from across Gwinnett County.
Organizers say the goal is to guarantee that the people who risk their lives to protect others get recognition. They deserve appreciation from the community they serve.
The ceremony also highlights the collaboration between public safety agencies and the private sector, which helps support emergency response technology and resources used by first responders.
